The Barnaul Oil Extraction Plant is my first and only job. I came here in 2006. I’ve come all the way from a Laboratory Assistant to the Head of the Engineering and Manufacturing Laboratory of Blago-Barnaul LLC. In my opinion, to achieve success and be a competitive specialist one need to learn all the time, upgrade their skills, develop their professional and personal competencies. Chief Mechanic of the Verkhnekhavsky Oil Extraction Factory

In 2010, I started my career at the Verkhnekhavsky oil factory as a locksmith. I gained knowledge in the field of oilseed processing and within a month, I was noticed and appointed to the role of Extraction Operator, and after another 8 months, to the position of Senior Extraction Operator. In 2013, I went to university, and just a couple of months later, the factory's management offered to make me an extraction master. In 2015, I was appointed to the position of chief mechanic of the company. I am sure that striving to develop and, know that good results at work will contribute to the success of our company.

Vladimir Babtsov

Electrical Supervisor of Armavir Oil Press Factory

In 2011, I came to the factory as an electrical engineer. After getting good results, six months after joining I was appointed as an instrumentation and control engineer, and a year later as an energy engineer. Since 2013, I have held the position of the electrical supervisor at the factory.
